VALVES & FITTINGS
Here we would like to introduce our reliable valves & fittings.
They have a history of more than 30 years so their reliability and ease of handling have been already proven. We also manufacture specially-designed valves such as a valve on which a jacket has been fitted or a valve in which many stems and ports are integrated depending on the customer's request.
 
(FEATURES of VALVES)
  1. Government approved valves are also available. Especially in the case that the valve is for use with toxic gas, then the fittings are made for approval by the Japanese government.
  2. The valve body is designed very smartly and its handle is made of aluminum and alumited to blue color.
  3. The gland seal is O-ring type so the required torque for its handling is very small for high operating pressure. The reliability and durability of this type have been proven by its history of more than 30 years.
  4. Standard material for the O-ring is Viton. However, any elastic material such as NBR, Silicon, Buna-N or perfluoro is available.
  5. Because of its unique structure, the stem is pressed down to the seat without rotating so the seat doesn't suffer any damage. The sealing area of the stem is made of Stellite so even if there is some slurry in the fluid our valve can be shut up perfectly.
  6. Other materials, such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium and so on, are available for the wet part of the valve's body.
