This autoclave is to be heated by steam or hot oil.
Magnetic stirrer is installed.

Design Pressure : 10 MPa
Design Temperature : 200 C
Volume : 10 L
Main material : SUS316
Meets all requirements of the High Pressure Gas
Safety Law (HPGSL). (Toxic)

　

( Autoclave with electric furnace and magnetic stirrer )

This autoclave is to be heated by an electricheater.
Magnetic stirrer is installed and a control panel is supplied.

Design Pressure : 40 MPa
Design Temperature : 300 C
Volume : 3 L
Main material : SUS316
Approved by HPGSL.(Toxic)

　


(AUTOCLAVE UNIT)

Although our customers have various requirements for structure, materials and condition for use, we have established the "TAU series" as follows. We believe that this series will meet our customer's requirements almost perfectly. We can supply autoclaves which conform to the HPGSL.
We have also provided the control panel for maintaining a stable electric furnace temperature.

Remarks :

The maximum operating pressure should be 85% of the design one. and the maximum operating temperature should be the design one.

The standard maximun revolution of the magnetic stirrer is 700 rpm.

Bigger torque magnetic stirrer is available.

( Methanol reformer apparatus )

This apparatus is for evaluation of catalyst for methanol reforming.

( Alkylization test apparatus (4 lines) )

This apparatus is for testing catalyst for alkylizing
gasoline. Each lines is independent.

This apparatus is for evaluation of catalyst's durability in a
reaction under certain conditions. Each line is independent.

This bench-scale plant is for testing methanol
gasification and separation. This has two reactors.
