We, Toyo Koatsu, specialize
in designing and manufacturing up to bench
scale plants as well as autoclave units for
polymerization, synthesis,
cracking, separation, oxidization, desulfurization,
etc. Among these test
plants, we specialize in designing high pressure
& temperature equipment
as well as catalyst evaluation apparatus.
We also produce a range of regulators, safety
valves, check valves,
filters, magnetically driven stirrers, etc.,
to predetermined
specifications as well as to our customer's

Background
Toyo Koatsu was started
in the year 1974 for the purpose of supplying
various instruments(such as valves, check
valves, regulators and so on) to research
centers and laboratories in the area of Western
Japan. In 1981, Toyo Koatsu was established
as a limited company, and as a company which
specializes in the production of various machinery
& apparatus for the High Pressure Chemical
Industry.
Since we have been designing our products
to our customers'specifications, we had started
to use personal computers and CAD systems
for the purpose of improving efficiency in
our engineering work before these systems
became popular. We also have been making efforts
to keep improving our technology and knowledge
in order to engineer our customers'systems
as best as possible. |
